• Request a text or call. You can inconspicuously request a call or start a text conversation with a touch of your finger. You will be contacted right away. If you fail to reply, ADT will send for help.

• Establish an emergency phrase. There could be scenarios where you’re unable to use your smartphone, but have it nearby. If this happens, you can say a predetermined, custom phrase that will deliver an SOS alert to ADT, giving monitoring professionals with your exact location.
